Arbors Care Center celebrates Valentine’s Day with first annual Sweetheart’s Luncheon.
TOMS RIVER, NJ-On February 11th Arbors Care Center opened its doors to the community to host its first annual Sweetheart’s Luncheon. This special event, in celebration of Valentine’s Day, gave the public an opportunity to see the outstanding facility first hand, and a chance to meet and talk with staff members. Arbors Care Center, located in Toms River, NJ, is known for providing individually tailored skilled nursing and therapy services for geriatric, postoperative, orthopedic, cardiac and other patients under the direction of their doctor.
The luncheon was held from 1:30 PM until 3:00 PM and door prizes were awarded. Guests enjoyed a sumptuous full-course meal that included a tossed salad, filet mignon with all the trimmings and a delicious strawberry cheesecake dessert. Local entertainer Donny Pesce provided live music for dancing. Approximately 70 attendees from local senior communities made this first event of its kind an enormous success.
Josephine from Holiday City in Berkeley remarked, “It’s was the best event I have been to. The filet mignon was excellent and who can go wrong with Donny Pesce!” A couple from Manchester commented, “What a wonderful afternoon, the food and entertainment were great, we can’t wait until the next event you have.”

Incidentally, the State of New Jersey recently conducted its annual unannounced inspection of Arbors Care Center, and once again we received very high marks.”
